"Museum Peace"

Museum Haikus

The walls speak in rhyme,
A labyrinth to find your way.
The artists are ghosts.

Los muros riman
Un laberinto lento.
Se fue el artista.

Cobwebs in corners,
Mayan jade, glitter and green.
Footsteps on the walls.

Hay telarañas,
Titila el jade maya.
Pasos y ecos.

No room for the sun,
The trees grow from painted roots.
Eyes provide the light.

El sol no entra,
Los árboles se pintan.
Los ojos brillan.
